Arrival can be any time after 2pm. It is helpful if you let us know ahead of time which ferry or flight you are arriving on. Please leave the property no later than 11 am on your day of departure.

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of your £200 deposit. This is non-refundable if you cancel. However, if another booking is found for your cancelled dates, we will usually refund your deposit less £20 for the cost of administration although any refund is strictly at our discretion. We will never cancel your booking except in extraordinary circumstances beyond our control when we would tell you immediately it becomes apparent and at the same time refund all payments you have made to us. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.

 

The balance is payable by a week before your day of arrival.

The electricity is on a key meter which you are responsible for topping up. This system gives you control and is easy to manage. Your top up point is at the Co-op or Argo's a couple minutes drive or 15 minute walk from Ahint-the-Lang. There will be enough on it when you arrive for a day or two (depending on your usage).

Towels, bedlinen and Wi-Fi are all included in the price.

For the comfort of all our Ahint-the-Lang is a  No Smoking house. Pets are welcome for a surcharge of £15 per pet per week. We reserve the right to limit the number of pets you bring so please do discuss your plans with us. Ahint-the-Lang has a lovely non-enclosed garden and plenty of pet friendly space.
